A. GENERAL TERMS
1. Consumer advisory — Frasers Property Retail Management Pte Ltd, the holder of FRx Gift Card stored value facility, does not require the approval of the Monetary Authority of Singapore. Consumers (users) are advised to read the terms and conditions carefully.
2. Purchasers are required to download the complimentary Frasers Experience (FRx) app and sign up as an FRx member to qualify for this promotion.
3. Payment with GrabPay via the FRx app is currently available at participating retailers. Check in-store for the payment mode accepted on FRx app.

B. HOW TO APPLY FOR FRASERS EXPERIENCE MEMBERSHIP
1. Frasers Experience (FRx) is Frasers Property Singapore’s multi-feature app, which allows FRx members to shop, dine and play seamlessly. FRx provides an enhanced customer experience, bringing greater ease and utility to shoppers across the following 12 Frasers Property Singapore malls:
Causeway Point, Century Square, Eastpoint Mall, Hougang Mall, Northpoint City, Robertson Walk, Tampines 1, The Centrepoint, Tiong Bahru Plaza, Valley Point, Waterway Point, and White Sands.
2. To apply, download the FRx app, which is available on the App Store and Google Play, and start enjoying FRx member’s benefits. Details can be found here.
3. Membership is FREE. Local residents aged 18 and above may register as an FRx member via the FRx app or through Customer Service at any of the Frasers Property Singapore malls. During the registration process, the applicant must provide his/her current, complete and accurate personal particulars as requested, including without limitation, his/her full name, date of birth, local address, a verified Singapore mobile number and such other information as may be required from time to time.
4. The applicant will be required to perform a one-time verification of their local mobile number in order to access the programme on the FRx app or through Customer Service at any Frasers Property Singapore malls.

C. REDEMPTION
1. Frasers Experience (FRx) members enjoy:
Updated as of 3 Nov 2024, 5.43pm: The $10 FRx Gift Card is fully redeemed at Causeway Point, Century Square, Eastpoint Mall, Hougang Mall, Northpoint City, Robertson Walk, Tampines 1, Tiong Bahru Plaza, The Centrepoint, Valley Point, Waterway Point and White Sands.
Get a $10 FRx Gift Card when you spend $100 in a maximum of 3 same-day, same-mall transactions with your Citi Card during the following period:
From 2 Aug 2024 (Robertson Walk, Eastpoint Mall, Northpoint City, White Sands),
From 23 Aug 2024 (Valley Point),
From 30 Aug 2024 (The Centrepoint),
From 2 Sep 2024 (Causeway Point, Tiong Bahru Plaza, Hougang Mall, Waterway Point),
From 30 Sep 2024 (Century Square, Tampines 1)
Scan your FRx QR Code in the app when paying in-store. The qualifying spend must be scanned to the same FRx account.
Participating malls are Causeway Point, Century Square, Robertson Walk, Eastpoint Mall, Hougang Mall, Northpoint City, Tampines 1, The Centrepoint, Tiong Bahru Plaza, Valley Point, Waterway Point and White Sands.

Minimum spend of $10 in a single transaction at any participating FRx stores.

Minimum spend of $100 in a maximum of 3 same-day, same-mall transactions for a $10 FRx Gift Card when you pay with your Citi Card. Full payment must be made via Citi Card.

Present up to 3 Citi Card charge slip(s) in person at participating Frasers Property Singapore malls' Customer Service to qualify.

Charge slips must be from the same Citi Card.

Applicable to in-store purchase at the participating Frasers Property Singapore malls only.

Qualifying spend must be scanned to the same FRx account. Limited to one redemption per FRx member per day on a first-come, first-served basis and while stocks last.

Citi Card payments via Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, Google Pay are acceptable for a $10 FRx Gift Card, provided the customer can produce a charge slip. Other payment methods which do not produce a charge slip, such as Shopback Pay, GrabPay, Atome, FavePay are not acceptable.

FRx Gift Card will be credited to your FRx e-wallet at Customer Service when the qualifying spend is met.

The stored value in each gift card expires 1 year from the date of issue.
2. To qualify for any instant rewards redemption, FRx members must scan their FRx QR Code in the app when making payments at participating stores prior to redemption. The qualifying spend must be scanned to the same FRx account.
3. The following receipts, including but not limited to, are not entitled to instant rewards redemption: non-profit organisations, childcare centres, banks and financial institutions, offices, libraries, AXS/SAM machines, pushcarts/kiosks/roadshows/atrium fairs, voucher/gift card/cashcard/stored value card/prepaid SIM card top-up transactions and purchases, money changers, ATMs, FRx Gift Card purchases, bill/instalment payments/deposits, insurance policy payments, SISTIC ticket purchases, lottery tickets, deposits and payments made via cheque, GIRO or Medisave.
4. For supermarket spending from FairPrice Finest, FRx members must present same-day same-mall receipts along with their FRx QR Code at FairPrice Finest Customer Service to earn FRx Points.
5. For supermarket spending from FairPrice, FRx member must present same-day same-mall receipts along with their FRx QR Code at FairPrice Customer Service to earn FRx Points.
6. For supermarket spending from Cold Storage, FRx member must present same-day same-mall receipts along with their FRx QR Code at the respective mall’s Customer Service to earn FRx Points.
7. All instant rewards are available on a first-come, first-served basis and while stocks last. All instant rewards must be taken as they are and are not exchangeable for cash or in kind.
8. All instant reward benefits may vary across the participating Frasers Property Singapore malls. Please check details at the respective mall’s Customer Service.
9. The Management of Frasers Property Singapore reserves the right to sight all purchases before granting redemption.
10. Citibank and Frasers Property Singapore decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be determined at its reasonable discretion and is final and binding on all participants.
11. Citibank shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services provided by third parties and Citibank shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the products and/or services provided by third parties. All disputes about quality or performance of the products and/or services shall be resolved directly with the third party.
12. Frasers Property Singapore shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services purchased by the Citi Cardmember from third parties with the vouchers (“Redeemed Products”) and Frasers Property Singapore shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the Redeemed Products. All disputes about quality or performance of the Redeemed Products shall be resolved directly with the third party.
13. Citibank and Frasers Property Singapore reserve the right, at their reasonable discretion, to vary, add to or delete the Promotion terms and/or terminate the Promotion at any time.
14. "Citibank" refers to Citibank Singapore Limited.
C. OTHERS

2. In the event of any dispute, decisions made by The Management of Frasers Property Singapore will be final and no correspondence will be entertained.
