A. GENERAL TERMS
1. Consumer advisory — Frasers Property Retail Management Pte Ltd, the holder of FRx Gift Card stored value facility, does not require the approval of the Monetary Authority of Singapore. Consumers (users) are advised to read the terms and conditions carefully.
2. Purchasers are required to download the complimentary Frasers Experience (FRx) app and sign up as an FRx member to qualify for this promotion.

B. HOW TO APPLY FOR FRASERS EXPERIENCE MEMBERSHIP
1. Frasers Experience (FRx) is Frasers Property Retail’s multi-feature app, which allows FRx members to shop, dine and play seamlessly. FRx provides an enhanced customer experience, bringing greater ease and utility to shoppers across the following 12 Frasers Property Retail developments:
Causeway Point, Century Square, Eastpoint Mall, Hougang Mall, Northpoint City, Tampines 1, The Centrepoint, Tiong Bahru Plaza, Valley Point, Waterway Point and White Sands.
2. Membership is FREE. Local residents aged 18 and above may register as a FRx member via the FRx app or through Customer Service at any of the Frasers Property Singapore developments. During the registration process, the applicant must provide his/her current, complete and accurate personal particulars as requested, including without limitation, his/her full name, date of birth, local address, a verified Singapore mobile number and such other information as may be required from time to time.
3. The applicant will be required to perform a one-time verification of their local mobile number in order to access the programme on the FRx app or through Customer Service at any Frasers Property Singapore developments.
4. To apply, download the FRx app, which is available on the App Store and Google Play, and start enjoying FRx member’s benefits. Details can be found at www.FrasersExperience.com.

2. To qualify for any instant rewards redemption, FRx members must scan their FRx QR Code when making payments at participating stores prior to redemption. The qualifying spend must be scanned to the same FRx account. Should the redemption require proof of payment, the actual receipts and/or payment card must be presented for verification.
3. The following receipts, including but not limited to, are not entitled to instant rewards redemption: non-profit organisations, childcare centres, banks and financial institutions, offices, libraries, AXS/SAM machines, pushcarts/kiosks/roadshows/atrium fairs, voucher/gift card/cashcard/stored value card/prepaid SIM card top-up transactions and purchases, money changers, ATMs, FRx Gift Card purchases, bill/instalment payments/deposits, insurance policy payments, SISTIC ticket purchases, lottery tickets, deposits and payments made via cheque, GIRO or Medisave.
4. For supermarket spending from FairPrice, FRx member must present same-day, same-mall receipts along with their FRx QR Code at FairPrice Customer Service to earn FRx Points.
5. All instant rewards are available on a first-come, first-served basis and while stocks last. All instant rewards must be taken as they are and are not exchangeable for cash or in kind.
6. All instant reward benefits may vary across all malls. Please check details at Customer Service, Level 2 (North Wing).
7. The Management of Northpoint City reserves the right to sight all purchases and receipts before granting redemption.
8. The decision of Citibank and the Management of Northpoint City on all matters relating to the Promotion will be determined at their reasonable discretion and is final and binding for all participants.
9. Citibank shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services provided by third parties and Citibank shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the products and/or services provided by third parties. All disputes about quality or performance of the products and/or services shall be resolved directly with the third party.
10. The Management of Northpoint Citynot be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services purchased by the Citi Cardmember from third parties with the vouchers (“Redeemed Products”) and the Management of Northpoint Cityshall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the Redeemed Products. All disputes about quality or performance of the Redeemed Products shall be resolved directly with the third party.
11. Citibank and the Management of Northpoint City reserve the right, at their reasonable discretion, to vary, add to or delete the Promotion terms and/or terminate the Promotion at any time.
12. "Citibank" refers to Citibank Singapore Limited.
D. LUCKY DRAW
1. The Management and employees of Frasers Property Retail Management are not eligible to participate in all mall-run lucky draws.
2. FRx members earn one electronic lucky draw chance with every $50 spent each day at participating malls within the promotion period. Electronic lucky draw chances are registered in the system when the spending requirement is met and when the member’s FRx QR Code is scanned at participating stores.
3. Lucky draw chances are also tabulated on every $50 spent in a transaction basis, e.g. if you spend $60 at a store, you receive one lucky draw chance. If you spend $90 at another store, you receive another one lucky draw chance. If you spend $150 in one transaction, you will only receive three lucky draw chances.
4. One lucky draw winner per prize will be selected at the 3 participating malls respectively using a computerised system under the supervision of an independent external auditor at 930 Yishun Avenue 2 #B2-13 Northpoint City Centre Management Office Singapore 769098 on 11 October 2024.
5. The winners will be notified by phone or email within 7 days after the determination of the results. The winners will also be announced via Facebook (@fpr.NorthpointCity), Instagram (@NorthpointSg) and (website https://www.northpointcity.com.sg/).
6. The prize must be accepted as awarded. Prizes per mall (total: 12 winners) include the following:

7. Air tickets are only valid for return flights originating from Singapore to Tokyo, Japan, operated by Singapore Airlines. Stopovers or multi-city itineraries are not permitted.
8. Staycation, cruise package and air tickets must be redeemed for travel completed by 31 January 2025. There will be no extension of travel validity. Maximum stay of your trip for the air tickets cannot exceed 90 days after commencing your travel.
9. Blackout periods may apply, which are subject to change without notice.
10. Staycation, cruise package and air tickets are non-transferrable, not upgradable, non-refundable and not redeemable for cash or in kind.
11. All applicable fees, such as airport/departure taxes, security charges or other third-party fees, taxes or charges, are the sole responsibility of the winner.
12. All flights are subject to availability in the applicable booking class for economy class. Winner will need to confirm the flights and have the tickets issued at least one month prior to the departure date. If the prize includes a ticket for a companion, both the winner and companion must redeem both tickets together. Changes are not permitted once tickets have been issued. The prize does not include insurance, land transport (including travel to and from the airport), additional tours and ground arrangements, hotel incidentals, meals and all other activities and expenses. Any further incidentals/expenses incurred must be covered by the winner. The prize shall be provided as is and cannot be exchanged in full or in part for cash or cash equivalent.
13. Air tickets does not qualify for Airpoints accumulation or for mileage/points accumulation in any other frequent flyer program. Air tickets are not eligible for lounge access.
14. Air tickets are subject to Singapore Airlines’ general conditions of carriage publicly available at https://www.singaporeair.com/en_UK/terms-conditions/ .
15. Air ticket sponsor reserves the rights to amend the Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
16. Cruise package is subject to Resorts World Cruise’s general conditions of carriage publicly available at https://webpages.rwcruises.com/terms-and-conditions, fulfilled by Chan Brothers Travel.
17. After awarding of the prize, all matters with regards to the prize shall be directly communicated between Chan Brothers Travel and the Winner.
18. Retailer Voucher terms and conditions apply.
19. The Winner shall agree to being photographed, filmed and/or interviewed and to co-operate with and participate in the activities organized by Sponsor or its related corporations for publicity, sales and marketing, and promotional purposes without any compensation.
20. Frasers Property Retail Management reserves the rights to deal with all unclaimed prizes in any manner deemed fit.
21. Frasers Property Retail Management holds the right to reschedule, change, vary, replace, substitute, amend, withdraw or cancel this Lucky Draw and/or any of the terms and conditions herein at the absolute discretion and without prior notice or any liability to any party.
E. OTHERS

2. In the event of any dispute, decisions made by The Management of the participating Malls of Frasers Property will be final and no correspondence will be entertained.
3. Information is correct at the time of publishing. The Management of the participating Malls of Frasers Property reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions as it deems fit without prior notice.
